I met Crosswise through some good friends and instantly fell in love with her gritty music. At this point in time I was only starting to discover my love for bass house, g-house and its culture.

We began working on this song in late 2020, with it initially being a remix.

In late March and April of 2021, I cut out the remaining people who were bringing me down and wrote the lyrics for this after.
